art + play

What’s going on here?

Well, art and play, for starters. And a bit more.

There are lots of ways you can join in the fun around here. Read on:

The Blog

Well hey, you’re already here!

The blog is a virtual studio of sorts, the place where I post the silly things I do to keep up my regular creative practice.

There are plenty of ways you can hang out here on the blog.

You can connect in the comments section and tell me about the things you’re working on playing with.

You can even make a commitment to a creative practice if you like. There will be much cheering and encouragement!

And of course, there’s no need to comment if you don’t feel like it. Lurkers are more than welcome (hi!).

Presents!

Because everyone likes to get presents.

I am currently working on a little something that will be available for download here at Artful Play. No, you won’t have to give me your email address to get it. It’s just my present to you.

But if you want to get this little something before anyone else does, you can always sign up to receive Artful Play news at the notice board.

Gatherings

If you’re thinking that you need a bit more Artful Play, the gatherings are a good place to start.

Gatherings are for people who have a creative project that they love, and yet are having a hard time showing up and getting into the work.

The gatherings are group teleclasses that happen regularly, so you can try one to see how it feels, or you can decide to get regular encouragement for an ongoing project.

At the moment, the gatherings are held by private invitation, but public gatherings are coming soon. If this sounds enticing, head over to the garden to learn more about it.

The Room Upstairs

This is a quiet place where we go to shut the door and talk – just you and me – about whatever creative issues you might be experiencing. Our chats can take place over the phone, on email, in person, or in a combination of these.

Room Upstairs sessions are a lot of fun and they’re one of my favoritest things to do. It has been so inspiring to see all the gorgeous art being made as a result of our conversations.

At the moment, I have space for another two or three clients. Would you like to find out more? Mosey on over this way.
